The person I spoke with was helpful at drop off. I was told I’d hear back the next day about the estimate and the paperwork I signed said that work wouldn’t move forward without checking in with me first. I had to call several days after that since I wasn’t contacted and found out the repairs were being moved forward with. Thankfully I was ok with that but that didn’t follow what was communicated to me.
