It took 3 months to repair my car, and I was originally told it might be 3 weeks. Also, when I finally got my car back, it gave me audible alerts every minute that something is wrong (enough to drive someone mad), and the center seat belt is missing. I returned the car to hopefully have it finally repaired today. However, I now have no rental car because Gerber told the insurance company the car was fixed. My husband now has to drive me around until Gerber fixes my car. If Gerber could not do this work, they should not have accepted the job.

Jessica and Amber were both very nice. However, I got different stories every time I spoke with them. It appears to me that Gerber does not really know how to repair my car.

The process was clumsy and mishandled. Wrong dates scheduled for initial appt and day repair was first scheduled, I brought my car, picked up a loaner and received call later in the day- no parts. Had to reschedule and go pick my car back up next day. Took another six weeks or so for parts to come in. The reps were polite- but just bad communication.

The repair is perfect. Awesome! However, I noticed a long surface scratch @ 6 inches + or so on the passenger door, under the area repaired. It was as if a tool had slid down the door. I’m certain it happened while the car was with you. If I bring the car in sometime to show you, could you buff it out for me? Just let me know. Barbara Karol

I was kept up to date on what was happening every step of the way. I was able to leave my rental car there for pick up without having to drop it off and then get a ride to pick up my car. Employees were very nice and pleasant to deal with.
