Not great communication anytime during the process. Notwithstanding the 6 week lead time they were not ready for the car In spite of repeated calls from me I was not kept informed of finish date and time. Not once did I receive a proactive call or text of status. Instead I had to relentlessly call and text to find out what was going on. Everyone was always polite but all the effort was from me

After picking up my car, I noticed that there were still some scratches on the plastic around the back passenger wheel and remaining scratches with red paint from the other car in the accident by the front passenger door. Additionally, the stuffing from inside the front passenger door was coming out and hanging on the outside of the car. I re-entered the shop and asked to speak to the manager who took new pictures and said he would be in touch. The repairs that were completed look good, just a little bummed about the remaining damage!

On the second day, I drove the car the camera system on the windshield failed. I got alarms on my dash that said the lane alignment and high beam sensors. We’re not working. Also the cruise control wouldn’t work this morning when I started the car I still had the alarms on the dash I restarted the car and they went away and I’ve driven about 300 miles and they are all working now so I don’t know if it fixed itself or if this is an intermittent problem please make note of it and if it happens again, I’ll have to bring the car back in. Thank you.
