As long as I didn’t go to Cincinnati to be worked on cause I wouldn’t want their vehicle will be drove around while they’re waiting to fix it

The people at Gerber that Hubert Heights are fantastic. I thought they would be doing the work on the truck, but I heard they had to do it down Cincinnati so I don’t know what kind of people they have working form that takes customers vehicles and drive them.

They were supposed to arrange for my rental car, which they did not do. I worked out the rental on my own. Also, the Enterprise rental car was delivered to me with a huge dent in the side, and it also smelled like the former driver had smoked a lot of pot in the car.

I would highly recommend this location. Had not great experience with different location in the past. Was a bit anxious about coming back. The Madeira store changed my opinion. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
