When I noticed that the car overheated, the manager did due diligence in correcting problem immediately. I love persistence as it relates to service, creates more satisfaction on repairs.

All customer support people did an outstanding job. I think that giving your local number displayed on your paperwork that is given to customer would be better customer relations. I only found it on the electronic bill display.

The process was easy and quick and they helped work with my schedule. I said I couldn’t bring my car in a certain day due to my schedule as a nurse and they helped me find something that did work. They also ordered all the parts I needed immediately and everything was ready to begin the repair the day I brought my car which was awesome! Would definitely recommend!
