My car was completed 2 days after the estimated completion date and there was little communication between Gerber and myself about it. I found myself calling twice a day for updates and all they could tell me is "almost done". I have no problem with it being a few days late. I understand that things happen that push dates back, but I just want to be notified as soon as you know it's going to be late with a new estimated completion date. I shouldn't have to find out about it by calling up there and asking if my car will be completed. Also, when I picked up my car I was given the keys and told to "have a nice day". I would have appreciated a walk around the car with someone with details on everything they did (especially since the final total was 2x the original estimate and I wasn't notified of any additional work being done on the car). Other than the customer service being sub-par, the actual fix on the car was very well done. The paint blend looks great, clean lines and the new parts look great. Feel like I have my old car back. Thanks!
