The mechanic bent the pins to my automatic rain sensor and lights. The bent pins were easily fixed BUT they clearly did not start the car and check for faults. The fault came up instantly on my dash. I did not appreciate that miss.

The Customer Service was fantastic. Unfotunately, the repair is not done to a quality standard as I have already made an appointment for tomorrow AM to have the car looked at again. The seal on the window is not up to par. One drive down the highway, it sounds like a window is not shut all the way. This would have seemed to be something that would have been checked. Additionally, the paint is coming off on part of the door. I just picked the vehichle up two days ago. Very frustrating that I now need to take time out of my schedule to bring the car back in to be looked at and back another day to perform the fix.

The work is excellent and the car drives well. I wanted to upgrade a part and pay the difference and Steve worked with me to make it happen. The only thing that you may want to pass along was I asked for an estimate for additional paint work to remove a scratch and fix an exterior door panel and never heard back.
