I received my vehicle very dirty. The interior was covered in dust like the windows were left open and for some reason my trunk Matt had footprints all over it. Also there’s a small gap on the front bumper, but I was told since it is an aftermarket piece that it doesn’t fit perfectly.

I want this review to accurately reflect our experience. When we arrived to pick up our SUV on Friday, July 31, 2026, we discovered the repair was not yet complete because part of the bumper assembly would not properly fasten. Gerber acknowledged the problem, reordered the necessary replacement part, and completed the additional repair. Because of the rework, the overall repair cost increased after the original estimate had already been finalized and our deductible had been paid. We also had to wait an additional three days before we could take delivery of our SUV, finally receiving it on August 3, 2026. While the delay and inconvenience were frustrating, Gerber ultimately corrected the problem. We are now satisfied with the quality of the completed repair and appreciate that the issue was resolved properly. Review provided by Clinton G. Smith (GMC co-owner)

The work was done before the expected day, Great job on the work I’m satisfied. They only complaint I have is they washed the car but there was still green marker on the window and smear marks and my tires black air cap is missing. Customer service is great Thank you Travis.
