Plastic door trim damaged while repairing the body damage. I’m waiting to hear when that part will be replaced

The repair of the damage is very good. However when the tech was buffing the door his buffing wheel damaged the plastic trim on the door. I’m waiting to hear from your shop on when that part will be replaced

During my first visit I had to sit outside due to COVID, which I understand however I was waiting a very long time in 112 degree weather and I had an appointment. Other than the wait I had great customer service.
