I felt their update emails were either ahead or behind the call from the person responsible for my car. Which brought about some confusion at times. When I went to pick up my car after repairs, I did not have a person who had knowledge of the work done on my car, or who voluntarily tried to inform me of the work done. Just, here is your car. LIfetime warranty on repairs done here. It did not make me feel as comfortable or appreciated for selecting their shop. I think a more personal approach and interest in the person and car under the circumstances of an accident would have left a 100% better impression.

I have to take my vehicle back in. I have a MBZ the chip on the roof top was not repaired as I thought it would be, touch up paint was used, (chip is to the metal). I feel should have been sanded down and feathered. Maybe I expected too much for a $60,000.00 car.

The parts manager Felisha’s has gone out of her way with helping find parts for my 20 year old truck. Keeping me updated every step of the way. Felisha is very professional and I appreciate her honesty. Hector the body text did an amazing keeping the body lines still in place. I don’t think you can tell some of the paint is new while the rest is over 20 years old. Thank you again
