I picked up my car February 6th. The emblem they put on was Lexus 400H, my car is Lexus RX 330, I called and they suppose to order the correct emblem and will give me a call but until now it’s already February 24th, I did not receive a call. Whoever helped me need a proper training. My car back door will not open from the inside, that morning that I dropped my car, you could open the door from the inside and I knew it for a fact because I went inside the car to removed my paperworks from the back seat that morning. I called State Farm and was advise to take my car in and talk to them. I went in and spoke to a person by the name of Leticia and she was going to find out and call me . I waited until now but no follow up call from Leticia . NO, I will not recommend the place and definitely will pass along my bad experienced to the people I know.
