They made a very inconvenient situation a very comfortable situation. They updated me every step of the way and I was never left guessing when my car would be ready. Drew was the rep. I worked with. He was extremely helpful with my situation. I was rather upset when I showed up and also on the phone calls we exchanged. He was always kind and patient. A true asset to your company. He kept me updated constantly and I was confident that my case was being taken care of very well. The receptionist was also patient, helpful and kind to a very talkative senior citizen. Drew was off at the end of my situation but immediately let me know that I would be contacted by another member of the team with any updates if needed. I am not sure but I believe the last gentleman was named Hector. He was also very professional and helpful.
