The only question I have is that if there were a few other light scratch marks that were not covered by the claim, I wish you would have said something to me where we could have taken care of those at the same time with a separate invoice.

This is the third car for us to send to Gerber for repair, courtesy of Ohio deer. Their estimates were the best, their work was fast, and the work is of the highest quality. They talk to you about the job, and keep you updated via text. All the staff were professional and polite. Even though it is a 40 min drive, this is my "go to" place. Excellent in all categories !!!
