I had a special situation with my van. I need it over the weekend for my son whom is handicap. They waited for all of the parts to come in and then I brought the van in for repairs and it was ready in three days. Bill also did a great job by explaining to the insurance company that fixing my bumper would cost more than replacing it all together. I was very thankful, seeing as my van only has 13,000 miles on it and I need it to stay in the best condition possible. The DODD system only allows individuals to get modifications done to vehicles every 8 years or more. Thank you Gerber and Bill!!

To much lapse in contact with insurance leaving me alone in the process. Also I did not like the lack of follow up with paying the Tow. I did not appreciate having to pay this!!!! This should have been worked out and not left got last. This was not an appreciative experience for me!!!!
