I was not pleased with the paint job you did on my hood, there was specs of dirt and fibers dried in the paint. I took it back and the mgr. said it could be buffed out, when I came back the second time there was no improvement. The manager wouldn’t even come out of office to look it over with me. Such poor quality and customer service by the management and service team.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The only suggestion I have would be to provide updates more frequently regarding the repairs. For example, I was told on a Wednesday that my car would be ready next Tuesday. Two days after that Wednesday, on Friday, I was told my car will be done in the shop was open for another 30 minutes. In my opinion, the update on Wednesday because either not accurate or a ton of work got done on Wednesday and Thursday and provided prior to Friday. Just a suggestion for improvement, this did not impact my overall experience, and I am still completely satisfied

When I went to pick it up, no one walk me to see the Job done and/or ask me if I was satisfied with the results. The roof has over spray, the ships that were there still there just coated. I don't think it was a mayor job for not to be done professionally. When my insurance give me the options of the shops they have available I pick the one with the better" reviews" I can't imagine what kind a job the other ones could have done!!

I think the plastic shroud on my rear bumper may not be installed correctly. There are 2 holes for fasteners/bolts but none are visible. I plan to return to the Mesa Az Main Street location tomorrow to have it checked.
