The bottom line is that my entire experience with Gerber was extreme satisfaction. They are a customer focused and quality centered organization. They communicated well throughout the process and handled logistics with both the insurance company and the car rental company seamlessly. As for quality, my car needed a fender as part of the repair process and they rejected the first two fenders received because they didn’t meet their standards. Good job Gerber!
