I only comment I have is not being kept up to date for the delay to the repair to my vehicle. I called on the 4th day to inquire on the status of the repair to be informed that hidden damage was found and were waiting for approval from the insurance company. I wish this was relayed earlier to me. Other wise, I was completely satisfied with my experience at Gerber Collision.

Had to take my car to the main street location twice and my car still isn't fixed correctly. Bob was very rude. Terrible customer service! Wax was still left on the car, my drivers side door doesn't close right, the lining on my windows weren't done properly. Also paint is coming off.
