The customer service was absolutely on point. It was a great experience for me as a customer service teacher and speaker from my former work. The truck looks brand new . It exceeded my expectations.The shop kept me informed of progress and 2 days out allowed me to plan on pick up on Friday. They made certain to even fix the side step that was damaged in the accident. Every detail was taken care of. Ben was always concerned with my satisfaction. His girl Friday was so helpful and proud of the work her shop completed. She was friendly and answered my questions. I thought I already did the survey, but I’ll do it again. From the first time I spoke with Shawna in the office through the experience of taking my car in and meeting Ben, I was highly satisfied. They were very kind and professional, and they let me know what was going on with my car almost every day until it was finished. I will recommend them to the local STATE FARM offices, and to any Friend I know Cody needs bodywork on their car.
