We had used service before and was satisfied. Brought car in January 20th we called Jan 28th twice no call back called Jan 29th finally talked to someone. Not kept informed. Got car Feb 19. We know insurance was involved but a phone call would have been nice .

Excellent repair work. Weekly communication on status. The results are amazing. My truck required extension body work. It now looks brand new and repairs are seamless. All electronics (camera, sensor, receptacles, lights that were affected work perfectly. Truck runs very smooth, also with a trailer. They obviously care about their work and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Gerbers.
