The friendly and competent staff at Gerber made our 'mini crisis' more pleasant than we could have imagined. We were treated with caring respect and were so happy to get our car back in a very short time. This is the best car repair experience we have ever had. Very satisfied. I didn't think customer service existed anymore and Gerber proved me wrong. Rating should be 10++++. From the moment we walked in the door everyone was very personable, easy to communicate with, and aimed to please. The front desk assistant, Ruth, was extremely helpful and attentive.
