Your team is simply awesome! From the front deck personal (can't remember her name but she was just a pure delight and I hate I can't remember her name! :() to my service provider, (Rudy) my experience was wonderful! They each went above and beyond to make sure I was fully satisfied and the most interesting part is that the service being done wasn't for my own personal vehicle it was for a company/fleet car yet they treated me as though it was my own personal vehicle they were repairing! It's rare nowadays to experience just a high level of customer service. If I ever need body work done again or if I know of anyone needing it my one and only recommendation will be Gerber Glass and Collision hands down! Great communication between the staff and I!! I love Ruth shes a doll and made me feel at ease with the whole process!! They went above & beyond with repairing my car! My car looked amazing!! I have family that has used gerber and at this location. I would go back and recommand it to friends and family!! Also great customer service!
