It took a little longer than expected to be completed and I smelled a burnt smell around the tire well after I got my car back. Took it back and was told it’s a wheel bearing that insurance doesn’t automatically cover to be replaced and have not heard back in a week

The truck looks great. However, I’m not real pleased with the tonneau cover. It’s still gonna let water in. the flap on the back isn’t resting on the back of the tailgate. But overall, everything else seems to be going well and looks fine. I think the hood looked better than when I took it in for the repair. I believe there were issues with getting parts and different things, but I feel like the communication could’ve been a little bit better with the progress of the project.

Everyone was nice and helpful, I do wish the communication had been a little bit better through the process. At the end., Got a call from Randy, who reassured me that the truck would be ready for pick up that day. And I really needed that.

Great quality of work and I appreciate they finished the job before the weekend. The communication was good, however they automatic texts sent false information, saying the car wasn't going to be finished until 8/4, which sent me in a bit of a panic. That would be the only area for upgrade in my opinion.
