Staff was wonderful! They collaborated with my insurance company to seamlessly fix my car with no additional costs to me. Not only did my car look stunning, but the staff completed the job ahead of schedule to assist me in making a trip that I had previously planned. Kim explained the process very clearly to me while Lori always made me feel welcome! This was by far the most enjoyable experience I could have ever had at a car shop. I will recommend for everyone I know to go to Gerber.
