There was a dimple in the paint that was wet sanded and buffed after I found the blemish. The alignment between the fender and bumper was not great. When I dropped the car off, I asked if they could use extra paint to touch up some dings in the side molding. The nice guy said “sure, no problem” but when I picked up the car this was not done

Repair was great. Detailing on completion of the interior was unexpected and a great surprise. I did however, have to go back for some items that were removed from my car during detailing and I was not thrilled about having to call about the missing items and having to make another trip back to retrieve the items.
