We had our vehicle in the Douglas Ave location in Milwaukee for an accident repair job. JIM was very thorough in his attention to our vehicle. He communicated in a very timely manner about the progress. His professional was much appreciated. An added bonus - our vehicle was repaired ahead of the projected time frame! CHRIS was very personable and extra accommodating when we needed to pick up our vehicle on a Saturday morning. He immediately assured us that the two small “issues” we noticed would be handled quickly and appropriately. The OFFICE STAFF was friendly and courteous whenever we called.
