COMPLETELY !! Was glad my insurance carrier( Liberty Mutual) sent me to you !! I hear horror stories about people with All State Insurance, always giving them a hard time!!! No one expects or chooses to have an accident( too many crazy drivers on the roads these days) My car was cleaned up afterwards better than it needed to be too. Grandkids food crumbs were all over inside. Thanks for doing an EXCELLENT……… and quick too !! ( even though I can get a rental car…… I’d rather drive my own!!) TERRY, The Lady at the desk kept very well informed throughout the process !! ( 10)
