It took six weeks. There were numerous failures to update in a timely fashion to help adjust my expectation regarding completion of the work. I understand that a particular tech was dealing with personal issues. Those happen. More than once, I received an update after the last specified completion date. It seems that the system of keeping the customer in the loop broke down. I’m fairly certain this isn’t representative of how you typically operate. In fact, the entire experience seemed to fall outside of how you normally do things. I didn’t know more than I knew.
