Everyone was very professional and pleasant. The work was completed quickly and well done. I liked the text updates throughout the week my car was there. Brandy at the front desk was especially kind and helpful from my first phone call through the final pickup of my car and rental car return. I would definitely use Gerber again in the future for any needed repairs.

I am very happy with the body work completed at Gerber. It took longer than quoted but I don’t believe there is anything that could have been differently, the part just took a while to come in. Regardless, their communication was great letting me know through the app and with phone calls when there was a delay. I appreciated that they contacted me before I had to call them to check up. Will definitely use them in the future.

Very nice, friendly employees. Great communication throughout the entire process.
