Started off rocky. I kept texting an employee to confirm an appointment for May 5 to have my car fixed. He never returned my call. Called the office and they had no idea. Scheduled for 6/16 when it should have been done by then. The cost was $600 more then the estimate. The manager was kind enough to help me out on that cost. I will recommend Gerber Collision from now on.

I had a few questions,.they were answered quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Gerber Collision, they are a five star service. Courtney is amazing, on top of everything.

Extremely pleased with Gerber's service from beginning to end. From the knowledgeable front desk person to the finished product. A 16 yr old care that looks fantastic. Very professional and efficient. Will recommend to anyone needing vehicle repair. I learned about them from a friend who has his truck repaired.

They were efficient and had my car done in four days. It looks great, except for few other scratches and dents that were already there. Also, my rental car was nice, and Enterprise picked me up, then came back to Gerber to pick up the rental car. Took very little time out of my week!
