Other repair shops do a better job of turn-around. Customers without their cars is a huge inconvenience. Respect that and you'll get a higher rating.

length of time to complete the repairs was the maximum (even after I waited three weeks to get on the schedule). Then the car's dash showed a backup light that was inoperative. This indicated to me the final quality check was done incorrectly.

Our car looks spectacular! It is hard to imagine a repaired car after an accident, but you cannot even tell there was any damage at all!!! Gerber kept us notified of progress, and the car was actually completed before the original completion estimate. Communication is attentive, and they are very courteous. They even delivered our vehicle to us as we had a family medical situation needing attention. Thank you Gerber!

USAA is not a good insurance company to work with. They made Gerber's job so much more harder than it had to be. Gerber got my car in January and I just got it back today (3/17)
