I am completely satisfied with the work done! I was not satisfied with the communication between the company and the customer. It took 12 days to get my car back for a job that took 3 days. I tried to be patient but I did not hear from Gerber until I complained via voicemail and email. I felt they could have had better communication with me to explain the delay.

I was not contacted by Gerber Collision during the process to let me know that there would be a delay in repairing my car. They had my car for 12 days for a 3-day job. Their work was great but their communication with the customer was not.

Great job. There was extremely minor damage that I didn’t know was from a previous incident. The insurance rightly denied that repair but I wish Gerber would have called me to give the option to pay for it out of pocket
