I really appreciated the prompt service, the help getting the rental car situated on both ends without us having to do anything, and the communication (updates). I also appreciated Matt going above and beyond with the repair having the team do a little extra touch up in the bumper in an area that wasn’t part of the covered repair.

The work came out amazing! My vehicle looked brand new, and I was extremely happy with the entire experience. The process was surprisingly quick and smooth from start to finish. When I walked-in the office of Gerber I was so depressed. I was on the phone having issue with picking up a rental car. Gelsey one of your employees over heard me talking. She made a phone call for me and she knows what to do. Without her help, it will probably take longer for me to resolved the issue. I'll give her a 10+.. My vehicle is taken care of in a timely matter

I was referred by a family friend to trust in Gerber here in Murrieta. They did not disappoint, in fact their communication and service were exceptional. Though it did take a month to get my car back Gerber was always updating me on the status of my car. I want to personally acknowledge Gelsey Pedroza for her outstanding customer care. Always a pleasure speaking to her. Very professional, detained and friendly. I hope I don’t but If I ever come across another incident I trust Gerber to take care of me from now on.

Front windshield remained cracked and was not repaired and not replaced! It was clearly damaged as part of the collision and should be included. I do not recommend using Gerber Collision AND GLASS in the future.

The paint didnt match and it took two more tries to get it right. After we picked up the car I opened my trunk to find glass from my back window all over the carpet and even down into where the spare tire is stored. Unacceptable.
