The paint didnt match and it took two more tries to get it right. After we picked up the car I opened my trunk to find glass from my back window all over the carpet and even down into where the spare tire is stored. Unacceptable.

Extremely informative about the process from start to finish, kind and accommodating..sincerely everything you would want in a rep while you’re already dealing with the frustration of collision repair/insurance.
