I only worked with the ladies at the desk for customer service. my vehicle was done to a standerd above and beyond. The ladies whom answer phones and do the paperwork are wonderful, and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with them. Ladies you do great work and thank you for your friendliness and smiles.

No work was done on the interior of the vehicle. When the vehicle was picked up there was a substance on the interior windshield. It would not come off easily. I had to return the vehicle to have it cleaned. The manager was very dismissive of the whole ordeal

The work was done in a timely manner. It appears to be done well. When the vehicle was picked up there was a substance on the entire interior windshield.There was no interior work done.The vehicle had to be returned to Gerber to have the substance removed. It took nearly an hour for 2 employees to remove the substance to an acceptable point. There are still small spots on the inside windshield. The manager was very dismissive regarding the situation. He made it seem as if I was a bother to him leaving for the weekend on a Friday. I had cut a trip short to pickup the vehicle before their close time. I am not sure how they felt the vehicle was in any condition to be returned to a customer. I will never use or recommend this location again.
