Gerber provided customer service at its finest. They offered me rides to help me pick up my rental car. They were a Liaison for me between myself and the insurance company so that I didn’t have to take on that headache. On top of everything else, my car looks and runs so well that you can’t even tell that it was ever damaged.

Car was repaired in a very timely manner, communication was kept up during the process, and we stayed very much on budget to what was discussed both during drop off and after the actual assessment. Overall very straight forward experience, and my car looks better now than before it broke.
