For some reason Gerber did not fix a broken rear tail light assembly. Rear end collison seems taillight part of the damage.

There seemed to be an issue regarding whether or not my deductible was being taken care of and it took a phone call by the personat Gerber to get it resolved and I had to get on the phone with the rep from USAA to get to resolved.

You charged more than your quote and did not notify me of the change until pick up. That is extremely unprofessional and unethical. It is what gives car service companies a bad name.

Fantastic service! The people are friendly! The quote was the best I got after looking at 4 places! My mirror was replaced in under 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time we've used Gerber. We will always come back when the need arises and will refer our friends!
