I understand that the shop is busy, but being told to come pick up my truck without it being finished was a bit offputting. When I came to collect my vehicle without the Center hub cover, which is purely cosmetic, and I understand that, I also noticed that there was still a scratch on the wheel. Well from the accident that was completely unaddressed. I was told it would be “fixed“ when I return to have the Center hub put back on. After examining it up close and touching it… It doesn’t feel like something that’s just going to be buffed off in five minutes. Not sure why it was completely overlooked. If I noticed it while I was being rushed out of the parking lot due to over booking at the location… I don’t understand how this was missed.
