Joe was polite, professional, and thorough in all his dealings with me and my wife. He paid for a rental when a suplier shipped in a broken part, delaying repairs over the weekend when I had to have a car. The front desk kept me abreast of repairs and returned my calls promptly. Gerber did an excellant job in repairing my Lincoln and were easy and delightful to deal with. It was obvious to me that everyone aimed to please their clients. Highly recommend them to everyone .

The repaired bumper and other parts look good. The car drives well. However, I just took the car in for an oil change and there were two lug nuts missing on the right front wheel. Were they not put on? Were they not tighted?
