The car was returned looking like brand new! The entire car looks like it was painted, it looks that good! On top of that, I didn’t have a ride home when I dropped it off for the repairs. Also, when I returned to pay for the repairs, I had no way to get the car back to my house, so they delivered it to my house. The entire experience and results were excellent and unexpected!!! Great job and I will tell friends about their desire to exceed customer expectations.

Richard did a thorough review of the damage and explained what steps you would take to resolve them. He gave me a good timeline and met it. The work done is excellent. He also advised me on what you could do to address other damage not related to the accident and provided an estimate for me to pay for the work.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work done by Gerber. I appreciate how thorough Richard was in reviewing and identifying the many points of damage to the car. he also did a good job of laying out the expectations for when the work would be completed. Finally, I very much appreciate how he was able to estimate, complete work and bill me for some prior damage damage not related to our claim.
