Very customer service oriented, friendly, did good job too. Wonderful experience, reasonably priced as well. Coordinated perfectly with both the insurance company and the rental car agency, for my benefit so I was completely taken care of with minimal action on my part. They did it all. I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation to mine.

Everyone was wonderful! They kept in touch with me on a regular basis and updated me on the status of my repairs. They helped me with the insurance company and addressed all of my concerns about my repairs after a collision. Richard Hewson was absolutely spectacular. He reviewed everything with me before and after my repairs and was absolutely professional and thorough. I can’t say enough good things about this shop and I would never consider using anyone else my experience was wonderful.!!!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. They kept me informed on what was going on with my repairs and the acquisition of Parts so I felt very involved. Rich was absolutely wonderful very professional and very knowledgeable about my repairs in my car. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else- EVER!!!!.

Blown away but the fantastic service and communication at Gerber. I was being updated several times a week and I was able to pic my car up in less than half of the estimated completion date. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new…inside and out! So lovely!
