Christine and Cecilia are most proficient in scheduling. DeKendrick is the best at getting the process moving,dealing with insurance and updating constantly the progress being made on repairs. My experience with Gerber was excellent. From the moment they received my vehicle they informed me at every step of the repair process. De Kendrick advised me every Tuesday and Thursday on the repair progress. They even took care of my rental vehicle return when the repairs were completed. From Dekendrick to Cristina to the nice blonde lady sitting behind Cristina, whom I can’t remember her name, the folks at Gerber really did a superb job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing help with their collision or glass repair needs.
