Everything up until picking up and driving home my car went very smoothly. Customer service was fantastic and everyone I talked to was very helpful and amazing. My issue lies with my car having broke down while on the road after pickup. I'm unsure what exactly went wrong, but I wasn't entirely too happy with having my car in the shop for over a month only for it to break down immediately.

First of all - the fact that they called and got me in 11 days earlier was amazing. I had gotten pushed from Dec 27 to March 28 by another shop. Got an earlier date with Gerber and they got me completed 2 days earlier than anticipated. Thanks for the service. Hope I never have to have collision work again but if I do it'll be with Gerber!
