The repair work is fantastic. The communication and updates via app and phone call need some work. The phone calls didn’t answer my questions around the suspension check or estimated completion date. While factors like carfax updates sending contradicting information to the app and phone calls were unaccounted for creating confusion. Overall I will use the service again if needed, but there’s some opportunity here for improvement.
