After getting 2 prior estimates, this Gerber location has earned my loyalty! With their excellent teamwork I felt seen as a priority customer every step of the process. Natalie set the tone of professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk from beginning to completion. The manager, Robert introduced himself before I left my car with Carlos and called me on the pick-up day to notify me the car was ready and answer my questions about handling the car rental drop-off. He was both professional and kind. At pick-up, Miguel in the shop came over to look into a question I had and treated me like family. Throughout the entire week, my agent, Carlos was patient, interested in my concerns, respectful and caring that my repairs were in line with the claim and fully addressed with excellence in workmanship before I left. I drove off from pick-up fully satisfied and confident in my choice to bring my car here. Gerber in Newhall has an exceptional personal touch, quality of work and professionalism. Did I mention the amazing work done? Top notch!! I'm saving their card to recommend to anyone I know!
