The staff kept me informed through text, quite often. The crew were able to jive with me and not give me some BS. They didn’t mind speaking my language which I think helped the reps relax. The professionalism was prime, before and after clarifying how my communication style is. Sweet folks, a reasonable price, and still caring after asking about that pocket of air on the Sienna. I’m in no rush to get rid of the air pocket so I’ll be back when we can go for a jog ride to reproduce it. But till then - you guys been awesome.

Gerber was phenomenal from the start! I called ahead, scheduled an appointment after speaking with Hannah. Robert the manager was a great communicator! He kept me posted on the status of my car daily. When I told him I was going out of town and needed my car by a certain date he made sure his crew got it done! I can not say enough about how friendly, professional and reasonable Gerber was. Thank you for a job well done!
