Unfinished polishing job, large significant amount of undesirable orange peel texture on the fenders hood and bumper, a significant amount of clear coat not removed from the roof, or interior panels. My car now does this annoying beeping sound whenever I turn on my car which in the 6 years of owning has never done that

From the very first moment to the last I was treated in the best possible way. I actually went to the wrong one at first and she had no problem calling the one I was supposed to go to to let them know I was on my way. Once I got to the proper one it was simple easy and quick. From the lady that checked me in (who was very kind) to Robert Salina’s who took care of me the whole entire time. He was very thorough in the details and very helpful in the information and the automated system they use was great easy and no fuss. He kept me up to date all along the way and even texted me when he said he would with the updates. And when it was time to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned which was a great touch. And agin the lady checking me out was friendly and kind. It was an overall easy process.. So I’m totally grateful for Gerber Collision & Glass. Thank You…

It was a great process. Robert Salina’s took care of my repairs. Texted when he said that he would text when he said he would text and had my car ready when he said it would be ready. My experience with Gerber was perfect, they took very good care of my car alongside constant updated and estimations as to when my car will be 100% repaired and ready for pick up.
