We were disappointed with follow-up by the staff. We had to make three separate requests to obtain an estimate to replace the windshield on our Subaru. When we finally were given a price, it was significantly higher than the estimate that we had received from another company that has worked on our cars before. But at that point, even if the estimate had been lower, we would have been reluctant to have any additional work done at Gerber.
