They did a great job! while they did not meet the deadline set for return of my car (due to circumstances that were beond their control) they agreed to pay for a rental car for me until my car was done. They also got me out of a terrible rental car with hertz and got me into a new one with enterprise. The collex team handled the situation completely so I did not have to deal with hertz and their horrid customer service. When I came to pick up my car it was flawless and they even fixed the parking brake for no charge! I would especially like to thank Lindsey for taking care of my unfortunate rent a car experience and Tim for making sure that things went smoothly! Great work and great customer service! I will be recommending Collex/Gerber to friends and be back if I ever need body work done to my car again.

I think the repairs took a lot of time. Perhaps Collex could have expedited the process. The Collex team was very courteous. Overall,it was a pleasant experience to know and work with Jon and his team. J.Thakore
