I advised the agent who gave me the estimate that there is a squeaking noise that started coming after the collision and wanted that fixed. When I picked my car on 8/23, the noise was still there. However, I had an overseas flight the same day and couldn't follow up, but called the Collex office to tell them about the noise. I would like Collex to take a look at it again and fix this annoying noise. Thanks Farukh Navaid 248-613-1762

Outstanding + The people in the office were outstanding the manager and the young woman did an outstanding job. They were courteous, cheerful etc. They made arrangements for the rental and when we picked up our car agreed to take the rental back to Enterprise.

I found the process very easy and the team of people very accommodating for what I needed since I had to be on vacation the week of repair. When I picked it up my truck looked like a new vehicle and was shining inside and out. Very good experience~! Highly recommend you guys!! Great JOb!

Inspectors did a great job but front desk male personnel weren't very professional with the way they added customers. Also a manager had a big argument with another customer in front if everyone that aggravated the atmosphere. Very unprofessional at should had been address in private.
