From the first telephone conversation I had with the receptionist to the last encounter with her, everything was pure perfection. We loved the multiple texts to keep us updated on the process. The estimate process was beyond professional and detailed. We knew everything up front. The paperwork was easy to understand. The car rental being next door was a lifesaver and they were outstanding. The Gerber receptionist suggested them and provided information for me. Her knowledge and commitment to her position was evident. She cares about people. The car was returned days in advance and the workmanship was superb. I have shared my experience with friends and neighbors and told them to go to this location for quality service and professional care. Every member of the team was friendly and polite. Greeted us as we waited for the estimate. Used professional words when addressing us and never spoke unkind to each other while we were in the office. The one gentleman and the receptionist interacted several times and every work was, thank you, I appreciate your help, I don’t want to disrupt you, do you have a moment. This is a well organized and run business!
